Atlas & Co buys from brands and authorized resellers and resells across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart. This is how we hold ourselves accountable — to the brands we carry and the partners we buy from.

Every product Atlas carries enters the chain legitimately. This applies to everyone we buy from — brands and authorized resellers alike.

We respect the price you set.

Minimum Advertised Price is the brand’s policy — set by the brand, owned by the brand. When Atlas carries a brand that maintains MAP, we sell at it and we defend it. We do not undercut the floor a brand establishes, and we do not race competitors to the bottom on a brand’s behalf.

Where a brand enforces MAP across its channels, Atlas operates as a partner in that enforcement — holding price on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart, and flagging violations we observe.

MAP is the brand’s policy. We honor it, we don’t define it.
